Made just for you

Each Shallu Jasrotia piece is born from careful hands and created especially for you. Every fabric, silhouette, and detail is chosen with deep intention to bring something meaningful to life. Because our garments are made to order, we do not hold ready inventory — each piece is crafted only once your order is placed. 

We ask that you read this policy with the same care we put into every creation.


Eligibility for Return

As each piece is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not applicable unless the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been delivered incorrectly.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish — these are the natural hallmarks of handcrafted clothing and part of what makes each piece one of a kind
  • Sizing concerns arising from incorrect measurements shared by the customer at the time of ordering

However, in the rare instance of a genuine manufacturing error, we will ensure it is resolved with full care and sincerity.


How to raise a concern

If you believe your piece has a defect, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery. Here is how:

  1. Write to us
    Email us at care@shallujasrotia.com with your order number and a brief description of the concern.
  2. Share the details
    Attach clear photographs and a short video showing the defect so our team can review it with full context.
  3. We get back to you
    Our team will review your request and respond within 24–72 hours. If approved, we will arrange a pickup and initiate a refund or replacement once the piece is verified at our studio.


Refund process

Once the return is approved and the piece reaches us in its original condition — unused, with all tags and packaging intact — the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

A few important notes

  • Requests submitted after 72 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
  • The piece must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Please ensure the piece is securely packed to avoid any damage during return transit.
  • Minor irregularities in handcrafted pieces are a mark of their authenticity, not a flaw. Each one is made by hand, with love — no two will ever be exactly alike.
