Because every piece is made to order, please allow time for your garment to be handcrafted with the attention it deserves. We believe in intention over inventory and craft over speed.

Prepaid orders only
To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we accept only prepaid orders. Full payment is required before we begin crafting your piece — because every creation is made uniquely for you and cannot be reassigned or restocked.

Tracking your order
Once your piece is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. From that moment, your creation is on its way — from our studio to your doorstep, carrying everything it was made with.
Delays & exceptions
- Handcrafted pieces are made with patience and love — occasionally this means a little extra time, especially during festive seasons or periods of high demand.
- Unexpected logistics delays can sometimes occur. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, rest assured we are working closely with our shipping partners to bring your piece home as soon as possible.
